Our products are supplied to schools, government agencies, hospitals, and military food services, and we are now expanding into the consumer market with convenient, high-quality seafood options.

Our signature item, Shrimp-filled Dalkkaseu, is made from mild, tender johndory combined with juicy whole shrimp. Using patented salting and deodorization technology, we eliminate unpleasant odors and preserve freshness through rapid freezing after in-house processing.

Johndory we use is sourced from clean waters around Jeju Island and the Mediterranean, and is recognized by top chefs and even the British royal family as a premium ingredient known for both taste and nutrition.
